Drama groups from Great Britain at the "Russian proscenium 2021"
4 children's theater studios from different cities of Great Britain took part in the international youth festival of theater performances.
The international youth festival of theatrical performances "Russian Proscenium 2021" with the participation of theater groups from 10 CIS countries and Europe was organized on the initiative and with the financial support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. It was held in an online format with the aim of developing the use, dissemination and promotion of the Russian language as a basis for international dialogue.
The performance lay "The Adventures of Buratino" based on the play by Alexei Tolstoy from the theater group of the Nottingham Russian School "Teremok" from Great Britain became the laureate of the nomination "Best Director's Work". In the competition also took part: Mikhail Mostov from the theater studio at Cambridge Russian Academy - "Romeo and Juliet" by William Shakespeare; video performance by Karolina Listova from the Russian Center "Dar" (London, UK) - "Victory Day" and video performance by Valeria Elpidiforova from the theatrical studio "Teatrik" of the educational center "Lingua" (Colchester, UK) - "Me and my flock" by Alexander Kanevsky.
The jury of the International Youth Festival of Theater Performances "Russian Proscene 2021" includes experienced directors, teachers, actors who enjoy authority in the theater community:
Ruzanna Movsesyan - director of the Russian Academy of Theater Arts, acting teacher at the Moscow Art Theater School, laureate of the Star of the Theater award in the Best Performance for Children nomination, laureate of the Blue Bird League Moscow Festival of Children's Performances, laureate of the Audience Award "Through the Eyes of Children" All-Russian festival of theatrical art "Harlequin";
Alexey Kolubkov - actor of the Pyotr Fomenko Workshop Theater, over 20 years of his theatrical and film career he has played in numerous productions based on the works of Russian classics;
Inna Dunina - actress, director, acting teacher, screenwriter, artistic director of the Cherdak Theater since 2014;
Anna Astashkina is the head of the Magic Country children's theater studio.

The international youth festival of theatrical performances "Russian Proscene 2021" with the participation of theater groups from 10 countries of the CIS and Europe was organized on the initiative and with the financial support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. The festival for young participants aged 12 to 22 from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Germany, Poland, Great Britain, Latvia and Lithuania is held online with the aim of developing the use, dissemination and promotion of the Russian language as a basis for international dialogue.
